wHAT TO EXPECT…
Pick-Up & Safety Briefing: You’ll be picked up directly from a downtown dock, so no transportation is needed if you are off a cruise ship. Captains Clayton and Johnny will provide a thorough safety briefing before we embark on our journey.
Scenic Ride & Wildlife Spotting: Enjoy a scenic ride to the fishing grounds. Keep your eyes peeled for wildlife along the way.
Commercial Pot Experience: Watch as our captains demonstrate the process of retrieving and setting commercial pots. Feeling adventurous? We can arrange for you to obtain a commercial crewmember license if you are a US citizen, allowing you to join in the action!
Catch Display & Bycatch Exploration: After the pots are checked, explore the day's catch and fascinating bycatch. You’ll get up-close with a variety of accidental catches, which are always interesting to observe. Rest assured, all bycatch will be released back into the water.
Crab Feast & Charcuterie: After all the excitement, it’s time to feast! Indulge in a delicious crab feast accompanied by a charcuterie box. We ensure you won’t go hungry.
